Student Film: "Tule Lake" 2011

Set in the winter of 1943 during the Japanese-American internment of World War II, Tule Lake is an animated short film about perseverance, based on the true story of an internee and her actions one night. This was my first student film production with over 40 students. I gained experience working in large group settings and effectively communicated amongst my peers. I adapted quickly to the tight deadlines and got a taste of what it is like to be working in a fast pace production setting.

Nominated for Best Student Film at the 40th annual Annie Awards 2012.
